Ballerina, the Little Mouse


Do you know Ballerina, the Mouse – free crochet pattern? In this post you’ll find the smaller version of it. Ballerina, the Little Mouse is made with plush yarn and took around 30cm. If you know how to crochet with single crochet, increase and decrease you can easly do it:)

    • mr – magic ring
    • sc – single crochet
    • inc – increase
    • dec – decrease
    • sl st. – slip stitch

HEAD:

start with pink yarn
1. 6 sc w MR[6]
2. sc, dec, sc, dec[4]
3. sc, dec, sc [3]
change yarn to grey
4. (inc) x3[6]
5. (sc, inc) x3 [9]
6. sc in all [9]
7. (2sc, inc) x3 [12]
8. (3sc, inc) x3 [15]
9. sc in all [15]
10. (4sc, inc) x3 [18]
11. sc in all [18]
12. (2sc, inc) x6 [24]
13. (3sc, inc) x6 [30]
14.-18. sc in all [30] 5 rounds
put safety eyes between 10 and 11 round, take 4sc space
19. (3sc, dec) x6 [24]
20. sc in all [24]
fill the head
21. (2sc, dec) x6 [18]
22. (sc, dec) x6 [12]
Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing. Stuff and close the head.

EARS x 2

Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing.

9. (3sc, dec) x6 [24]

17-19. sc in all [12] 3 rzędy
Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing.

ARMS x2:

start with grey yarn
1. 6sc w MR[6]
2. (sc, inc) x 3 [9]
3-4. sc in all [9] 2 rounds
5. (sc, dec) x3 [6]
6-9. sc in all [6] 4 rounds
change to pink yarn
10. (sc, inc) x3[9]
11. (2sc, inc) x3 [12]
12-13. sc in all [12] 2 rounds

Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing. Stuff gently and close.


LEGS x2:

start with pink yarn, then change to grey. Stuff during the work
1. ch 7 , 2 sc in second chain from hook, then 1 sc into next 4 st, 4 sc into last chain, continue on the other side of the chain : 1 sc into 4 next st, 2 sc first chain [16]
2.2. 2 x inc, 1 sc into 4 next st, 4 x inc,  1 sc into 4 next st, 2 x inc [24]
3. sc in 3 next stitches, inc, sc in 4next stitches, inc, sc in 2 next stitches, 2 x inc, sc in 2next stitches, inc, sc in 4 next stitches, inc, sc in 3 next stitches [30]
4. sc in the back loops [30]
5-6. sc in all [30] 2 rounds
7. sc in 10 next stitches, 5 x dec, sc in 10 next stitches [25]
8. sc in 7next stitches, 2 x dec, 1 dec in 3 stitches (3 stitches together), 2 x dec, sc in 7 next stitches [19]
change to grey yarn
9. in back loops sc in 6 next stitches, 1 dec, 1 dec in 3 st, 1 dec, sc in 6 next stitches [15]
10. (sc, dec) x5 [10]
11. sc in 2 next stitches, dec, sc in 2next stitches, dec, sc in 2 next stitches [8]
12-21. sc in all [8] 10 rounds
Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing. Join yarn on the back of the both “shoe”. Tie both around the legs.

Sew all parts in order: head to body, then legs, arms, ears. Embroider eyebrows. Make skirt with tulle.
